The Ugly Truth (Page 2)

With this addition to my convention sketchbook, Alex Robinson (creator of Box Office Poison and Too Cool to Be Forgotten, among other fine graphic novels) illustrates what has been a common response to my baby picture over the years—that at the moment I was born, I resembled an old man:

    Man, that is hilarious. I have to see this picture. It’s one of those things you can’t believe until you actually see it. If you’re going to be at Baltimore con, I’ll ask if you have it. On second thought…

    Oh my. That is, um, unfortunately funny. You should post the original baby picture, cause I just won’t believe til I see it. (Nothing like a little doubt to spur you into action. Is it working?) And really, aren’t *all* babies supposed to be super-cute?
